Guest access
You’ll have the entire house to yourself during your stay. An access code to the front door will be given for you to access the home on or after check-in time (3 PM).
Check-out time is 10 AM. An additional fee ($100) will be assessed for every 15 minutes past 10 AM unless previously granted by host.
Parking is street parking only. There are often spots available directly in front of the home or nearby, however, that’s not 100% guaranteed. If you can’t find parking in front of the house, usually there’s parking within a block of the walk. Be aware of posted signs for street cleanings so you don’t get a ticket from Lancaster Parking Authority. The parking lot rear of the home is commercial parking only.
