This exceptionally clean and pet friendly 2100 sq ft property sleeps 8 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, large Master suite and a 440 sq ft heated garage Game room including pool table, table tennis and foosball!
The large kitchen and eating area open up to the large gathering room with corner stone gas fireplace, making it perfect for family or groups of friends. Guests can unwind and relax in the hot tub or enjoy a meal on the wraparound partially covered deck while taking in the natural wooded splendor. The gas grill and firepit add to the outdoor experience and provide a great place to gather and make memories. This home has been completely renovated inside and out in 2023! All beds and furniture as well. Our property is ideally located within 20 miles of beautiful Hocking Hills! So bring your hiking boots and fur buddy. You won't be disappointed!

We spent Easter weekend with daughter, our college son and his roommate, and even brought our dog for the visit. This home had everything we needed to grill out steaks one night and make a complete Easter dinner. It felt very cozy and clean and was decorated for Easter, making the weekend even more special. We enjoyed hiking Old Man's Cave to the Hocking Hills State Park Lodge for lunch and then took the trail back to the parking lot. The hot tub and game room were a BIG hit with the kids. This home is about 50 minutes from Ohio University and 40 minutes from Old Man's Cave. It is very clean, private, peaceful, and well appointed.

We would rate this property a solid ten if I could. The property is flawless, clean, in perfect condition and everything works amazingly well. John is a friendly and responsive host. We had one minor question about the hot tub and he addressed the issue first thing in the morning. The location is about 20-30 minutes from Hocking Hills depending on which area of the park you want to visit. The location is also about 20 minutes from Lancaster where we went shopping for groceries (Kroger and Meier’s) and where we had lunch (Provisions) and dinner (Cherry Street Pub) which were both great stops. The Hot Tub and Game Room were perfect for relaxing after dinner. The ping pong table, the pool table and the foosball table are in like new condition and our group had a great time playing active games. I was able to begin teaching my 9 year old grandson how to hold a que and shoot pool. Thank you to our hosts. We enjoyed a wonderful spring break week exploring and hiking Hocking Hills

We all absolutely loved our stay here and will return! This home was so clean and welcoming we all felt right at home! It had everything we needed. Dog bowls, towels, blankets and treats were such a sweet gesture! We had enough towels for everyone and also to enjoy the hot tub. Large shampoo, conditioner & body wash weren't expected but came in handy! We all enjoyed the huge game room! Beds were very comfortable! Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more!

Beautiful home and enjoyed are stay. We had issues getting our daughter’s power wheelchair in the house, I thought there was a ramp at front door, I should have asked-my bad. Ended up buying a manual chair to get her in. Other than that, everything was great! We will be back! Thank you!

The game room and hot tub were the best features. The mattresses are a bit too firm for our liking. The fireplace wouldn't work. There was a terrible smell in the main living area, pretty sure we narrowed it down to the dishwasher. It was awful. We thought they left us a gift (it looked like a 15 little wooden box with some live flowers that were starting to look a little wilted and a Happy anniversary balloon) I only say all that because they then have us a bad review because we brought the flowers home with us. We've stayed at other places that have left us gifts like that. It's very sweet and usually a nice gesture. But apparently that's not the path they were going down.

This home was perfect for our girls getaway. It was extremely clean and decorated so cute for Valentine’s Day, which added such a fun touch. The hot tub was warm, clean, and ready for us to enjoy.The location was ideal — very close to great restaurants like Cherry Street Pub, and just a short drive to Hocking Hills. Honestly, with the wooded setting and large property lot, it already felt like we were in Hocking. It had that peaceful, secluded vibe while still being conveniently located.We appreciated how easy everything was — DoorDash and Instacart delivered without issue, checkout instructions were simple, and there weren’t a ton of chores to complete before leaving. The owners were transparent and responsive.The space itself was comfortable with plenty of room to relax and spend quality time together. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend staying here.

It was a very nice, cozy space! Very clean and homey, we felt so relaxed and comfortable over the weekend! Our only concern was the lack of curtains or shades downstairs - it was very open with nothing to cover the kitchen and back of house windows. Other than that we were so impressed and so enjoyed our stay!

Very clean, big bedrooms with good mattresses. The great room and kitchen is very big with large dining table for families. Upstairs bedroom loft has 4 twin beds. Great for kids. Only thing is there is no door at top of steps if you have little ones. Dog friendly and I highly recommend.

This was a great weekend away with our adult kids. The home was very clean and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We spent most of our day time at Hocking Hills hiking. It's a bit too far to go back and forth to the park but a good distance if you want to stay at park for several hours and then be away from other people and have quiet and privacy. We spent time around fire making pizza pies, hot dogs and S'mores enjoyed the hot tub and the guys were able to check the college football scores periodically also. Quality family time.

We had seven people in our group so we could’ve used more paper towels and more dish towels in the kitchen. It would’ve been nice to have small bedside lamps in the bedroom upstairs. Other than those small items, everything was excellent! I would definitely highly recommend your home!
