"After going through the front gate that should have locked I came by a dumpster full of stinking garbage. The small courtyard was filthy. The stairs going up to the rooms needed a good cleaning and refurbishing. After opening the door to the room I was surprised how small it was, 8’x8’? The shared bathroom, toilet paperless, was dingy and poorly lit. Some photoshop trickery must have been used for the pics of the place. "Had a fantastic stay at the Mode we had a Sea View room with a Balcony and the weather was perfect and we sat out watching the stars in the evening. The room is functional with a good shower in the Bathroom and tea and coffee are provided in the room , I asked for some extra little milks and they were provided and delivered to the room by the lovely lady behind the bar/reception area. Breakfast is a continental style and was lovely with lots of choice and you could help yourself to as much as...

"Le contact avant l'entrée des lieux n'a pas été bien clair. Toutefois, une fois sur place, le séjour s'est très bien passé, tout à fait dans mes attentes : endroit très propre, le nécessaire est dans la chambre. Lit confortable pour ma part. Le lieu reste le moins cher sur Burnley. J'y retournerais si je serais amené à le faire."

"Host Debbie was very welcoming, the room was very clean and the bed linen very fresh. The room could do with a little TLC with a wonky toilet seat, shower door loose and the creeking floor boards that added character to the room. Hotel is located to easy access all Skipton amenities and surrounding area. I would recommend this hotel."
