Condomínios em Lancaster, PA

"Updated facility, meticulously clean, friendly staff, comfortable room. Quick maintenance response. Nice cafe with good selection of tasty simple dishes (flat bread pizza, salad, etc.) and convenience snacks and drinks. Conveniently located in what seemed like a safe area. Nothing could have been better EXCEPT...I left a personal item in my room. I called hours after departure to ask if I could provide a shipping label to have it returned to me. After 3 calls and messages for the Housekeeping...

"Every one of the staff was kind, very helpful and very positive. The history was interesting. The bathroom was unacceptable…too small to even try to take a shower. A big step up. No elevator! 19 steps to our room! No handicap features."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast staff were super nice and the food was good We received extra towels when asked It was a nice stay The hotel is close to a lot of activities"

"Staff were awesome. Place was clean and quiet. Rooms were great. Would stay again."

"Staff is so welcoming and accommodating. Great location in the heart of Intercourse- surrounded by great shopping. Visit here every year and always look forward to our stay here!!!!"

Voltando a Lancaster, com certeza me hospedarei lá novamente."

"Quiet, clean facilities. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Plenty of food choices at breakfast and it was well maintained. We always stay here when we visit. This time was particularly memorable because my boyfriend lost his new ring. We were beside ourselves when we got home. After calling the hotel, housekeeping actually found the ring and after several calls and emails, I was able to arrange a UPS pick up. We are delighted and so grateful for their help and support."

"In addition to the feedback that I previously provided, we had no t.v. reception from late Saturday evening thru checkout on Monday morning. I was not offered any sort of reimbursement to make up for the lack of this "advertised aminity.""
