"The nightly rate was fair, and communication with the host was smooth. We liked the clean, private pool and relaxing sunroom. The patio seating was pleasant, with a BBQ for outdoor meals. The washer and dryer in the garage were convenient, and the neighborhood was friendly and walkable—great for evening strolls! "We stayed for just one night in our way to San Francisco but this was a great place for us to rest with our dogs. The house isnt fancy but is clean and very big! Way more space than we needed but we enjoyed the cool weather (15-20 degrees cooler than in the valley) and loved walking to the market and deli down the hill."

"The house was very accommodating for our family with an open space, kitchen, and nice kitchen counter space and all utensils needed for breakfast. Our mom is disabled so the downstairs bedroom privacy and en suite bath was a total plus for us in accommodating Mom. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. And convenient stores nearby for groceries, etc. Nikki was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely choose to stay at her place again."
