"Wi-fi didn't work properly. Front didn't seem to care about that. We asked if we could be moved to a part of the hotel where the wifi was working, but they said everything was full, when it clearly wasn't - a lot of rooms were empty for our entire stay.
Cleaning of the room left a lot to be desired. Our floor was really dirty for two days.
Restaurant was great with terrific service. Room was nice and cozy."

"Loved on-site laundry at such a reasonable price. Love the outdoor Ohana room with its comfortable furniture.Beautiful garden setting the café next-door was very handy.
The daybed in the living area was impossible to sit on, even with the pillows provided. More comfortable chairs in the living area would be appreciated."

"Very kind and gracious staff at the Ranch. We had the weekend all to ourselves in the cottage. Enjoyed gourmet Chef pre-made meals, hiked every trail and loved the solitude. Highly recommend!"
