The approx. 28 m² accommodation features a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a sofa bed for one, a bedroom, a bathroom, and an east-facing balcony (morning sun), accommodating up to 3 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. A washing machine is available in the basement free of charge. A baby cot, high chair, and fan are available on request.



The shared outdoor area includes a private pool (use at your own risk) available upon request, a spacious garden, barbecue, pavilion for reading, relaxing, or as a “home office” with Wi-Fi, sun loungers, and more. There is also a trampoline for children (use at your own risk).



Public transport is reachable within minutes on foot. A guest card for free use of public transport is provided on request. Shops, cafés, and restaurants are nearby. Private parking is available on the property. The apartment offers secure storage for motorcycles, bicycles, and skis. Two pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside.
