"Property was clean , tidy and spacious . Facilities were good . Internet was good and it was a 2 min walk from the beach . Couple of restaurants locally .One was shut for a couple of weeks but lamphey and Pembroke are a short drive away . Directions were very good and property was easy to find "

"We had a lovely week at Rooks Retreat - even got used to the rasping rooks! Wasn’t as close to Freshwater East as we hoped. It is possible to walk (up the lane from the cottage) towards Freshwater Inn, but there are some very steep steps to negotiate down onto the beach, takes about 45 minutes. The cottage is great, cosy & well equipped. The weather was so good we enjoyed sitting in the garden in the afternoon sun. Easy to make the cottage warm on those couple of cooler evenings. "Property was as advertised and sufficient for our 4 night stay. The main bedroom could do with a black out blind attached to the wall, the one provided you had to stick to the window and it fell down the first night. A couple of the floor boards in the bedrooms both need fixing down. Great location for the beach!"

"The property was in a fab location with all the local amenities within a 30 second walk. It's right by the harbour too so only a short walk down for lovely views. The property itself was easy to access with very clear instructions. We really enjoyed our stay and it felt like home from home. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. First proper trip to Tenby and hoping to come back again sometime!"

"It looked lovely before we went, but we were bowled over by the place. It is really big and airy. We loved how the bedrooms can be 'shut away' from the rest of the place and there are three toilets!! Very important with teenagers and kids around. It's extremely quiet and that view! "This lovely eco house is in a perfect location to visit Pembrokeshire. The house is in very good order, is well equipped and its 'tree top' location makes it that extra bit special. We were just four adults but it would be perfect for six people as it has three good sizes bedrooms. The location is perfect, if you can manage the 47 steps to the house, it is a very short walk to the village which has a number restaurants, pubs and a café. We would recommend."

"We loved our stay here, the property seems to have been refurbished to a better standard than the pictures portray. The location on the water is stunning and we fitted 7 people comfortably. The host was very communicative and it was great to have the parking available too. Thanks for a brilliant stay. Warning there is no hot tub, I was told by the host this is a mis-naming on Vrbo."

"Very comfortable property in a secluded location which was central to exploring all of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path which was breathtaking. It was advertised as sleeping 8 but would only be comfortable for 6 max as living space is small. Garden is not child friendly or completely enclosed for dogs although no problem for ours who are well trained. WiFi is non-existent which has its plus sides but no landline in case of emergencies."
