"Property was nothing like the pictures on the app House was extremely hot when I arrived. I turned the thermostat down and after 5 hours the house was not comfortable enough to stay inside. After realizing it wasn’t going to cool down enough to be there or sleep comfortably I left the property and sought lodging elsewhere for the duration of my stay in Copperas cove."

"Host was very responsive but the apartment was very dirty and the linen on the upstairs bedrooms still had leftover hair from previous guests. The bathtub was dirty and also contained hair that was not from us. The pull out bed was also very dirty and we decided not to use it. There was also multiple occasions throughout our stay where there were pests in the kitchen cabinets and counters. The bathroom sink had a blender under it to catch the dripping water from the faucet. The kitchen sink also...
