Welcome to Landes Calosse, just an hour from the Atlantic Ocean, perfect for swimming enthusiasts, and 30 to 45 minutes from the Landes towns of Dax and Mont-de-Marsan. Dax is famous for its vibrant thermal baths, while Mont-de-Marsan boasts a collection of modern sculptures and three rivers, not to mention its lively summer events. Settle in for a week or a weekend getaway with family or friends in the village of Lamothe, near Saint-Sever. Here in the countryside, you'll enjoy a dose of outdoor activities, relaxation, and delicious food! Have a pleasant journey? Settle comfortably into the Bachalé gîte, a detached cottage on a private, unfenced plot, complete with a shared swimming pool. You'll also have access to the owners' shared grounds and a garage for your vehicle. Located on the ground floor, the cottage offers a separate kitchen equipped with a wood-burning stove for chilly evenings, a dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, and microwave. A living room with a fireplace insert, sofa, and TV area is at your disposal, as well as a spacious separate lounge. The sleeping area comprises three bedrooms: two with double beds (140cm) and two with single beds (90cm). The bathrooms include a large shower with hydro-jets and a heated towel rail, and a separate toilet. The washing machine is located in the utility room, which also has a hand basin. You have access to fiber optic internet. For your comfort, bed linen and towels are included. If you are traveling with a baby, don't worry, a crib, high chair, and baby bath are available. The house has gas heating, which is available for an additional €5/day from October to the end of April; firewood is provided. The shared swimming pool with the owners will be accessible from June to September depending on the weather, dimensions 10m x 5m, depth of 1.20 to 2.20 m secured by a semi-high dome.
