"Our key code did not work so the building manager let us into the apartment! He was very helpful and polite! The kitchen was lacking some essential items for cooking. Overall the inside of the apartment was very clean! The balcony and BBQ were filthy! We enjoyed our stay, the location was great and the beds were very comfortable!"

"Property owners were very hand off, dismissive, and non apologetic with issues. Havjng us refer to onsite managers for suppoer. Owners had our key time out one day early, leaving us unable to get into the room. Were slow to respond, and did not try and problem solve."
