"We've very much enjoyed our stay. Beautiful place, grand view, the terrace is a perfect spot to relax und enjoy a book, a coffee or an evening meal (Jon is an excellent cook!). Kitchen well equipped, the house has all amenities for a perfect stay. Wonderful hosts, very friendly and considerate, they know the area very well and offered us lots of valued tips for off the beaten track places to visit. We dearly miss our conversations!"

"After a precarious drive up, we were blown away by the views and pool at this property. It is breath taking. There is a wonderful restaurant just up the road and a fantastic town below. Really great place to bring groceries, sit by the pool and relax. We had a fabulous spa day in the town, also. LOVED this stay and hope we can return!"

"We loved staying at the villa! We had all we needed, the scenery is breathtaking. The pool was cold but very welcoming when it was a hot day. The garden is perfect. The villa is remote, away from it all. But there are a lot of lovely villages to visit. The road to the house is challenging especially when you travel with a big Mercedes Sprinter, but the longer we stayed the more casual it went. We will have beautiful memories of this holiday. "Wir haben das Haus vor Ort exakt wie auf den Bildern gezeigt angetroffen - es ist sehr liebevoll restauriert und aufwendig ausgebaut. Uns hat insbesondere der wunderschöne Pool und die tolle Außenküche gefallen - die Pizza aus dem Holzofen war sensationell! Die Vermieter waren überaus freundlich und jederzeit per WhattsApp für Fragen für uns erreichbar. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt."

"Als je net als wij niet houdt van drukte en veel mensen om je heen is dit een perfect plekje. Je hebt wijd en zijd geen buren. Luca, de eigenaar, appt je netjes als hij iets op het perceel zou moeten doen. Bij ons was dat een keertje het zwembad schoonmaken. Niet meer. Het weggetje omhoog en omlaag is keer op keer een avontuur! Let daar wel op als je dit huisje boekt. Een bekraste spiegel en een afgeschraapte onderkant van mijn auto is het resultaat. "Es war wunderschön abgelegen, ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto bis nach Pescia. Ein wunderschönes kleines Bergdorf eine traumhafte Aussicht und einfach soooo viel Natur. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief reibungslos (auf italienisch) und er war sehr freundlich. Der Garten war an einer Seite durch eine Hecke umzäunt, da wäre mir ein richtiger Zaun lieber gewesen. Mein kleiner Hund ist einmal sehr übermütig durch die Hecke durch und dahinter die ca. 2-3 Meter hohe Mauer hinunter...

"Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat wertvolle Infos gegeben. Die Familie nebenan war relativ laut, um 7h morgens läutete der Glockenturm, sollte man eigentlich schon vorher wissen... Es gab zwar einen Geschirrspüler, aber der war außerhalb des Appartements, das sollte man dazu schreiben. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen"
