The Space:

Welcome to Lakeville Lodge, a massive 4,000 square foot log chalet nestled on over 8 secluded acres. This stunning property is less than 5 minutes away from the motorized Lake Wallenpaupack and a short drive from historic Hawley and Honesdale. Enjoy a day on the water with public boat launches or boat rentals, followed by dining at various local restaurants. At night, unwind in the 7-person hot tub, play games on the arcade machine, or gather around the outdoor fire pit.



Lakeville Lodge is designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation, featuring 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The open floor plan spans three separate levels, providing ample space for entertaining. The basement includes a pool table, custom arcade machine, and a 65-inch 4K Smart TV. The main floor boasts an open kitchen, a 70-inch 4K Smart TV, an all-seasons patio, and a wrap-around deck. For quiet moments, retreat to the reading loft.

Well-behaved dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee. The property has a minimum age requirement of 25 years for the majority of guests, with exceptions for families with children. Please note that noise levels should be kept reasonable to respect neighbors, and outdoor noise monitors are in place.



Lakeville Lodge is conveniently located 100 miles from NYC and 2.5 hours from Philadelphia. Grocery shopping is easy with the Rosie app for delivery from the local Lake Region IGA in Hawley, PA. Nearby attractions include Woodloch Resort, Elk Mountain, Poconos, Big Bear, and Lake Wallenpaupack!

Getting Around:

Lakeville Lodge is located 100 miles from NYC, a short 2 hour car ride. We are 2.5 hours from Philadelphia.



Other Things to Note:

Well behaved dogs allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional $75 per pet fee. AirBnb only collects pet fees for the first pet, additional approved dogs will be an additional $75/pet charged post booking.

Please note we have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

We require the majority of guests to be above 25 years old, with the exception of families with children.

Parking is limited to 7 cars, No RVs.

Per local regulations, we are restricted to an overnight guest maximum of 10 guests and 15 total day guests.

Rental agreement required before stay and will be sent post booking.



We will proactively notify you when early check-in and/or late check-out are possible.
