""I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Asheville East. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how spotless the room was and how comfortable the bed felt—I got a great night’s sleep.
The highlight, however, was the onsite restaurant, Woodfire Bar & Grille. It was so convenient to have such high-quality food and service right at the hotel. "There was no breakfast buffet. We did not order breakfast from the bar. One elevator was out of order. Access to an electrical outlet for my computer was difficult. I had to crawl on the floor and reach under a piece of furniture to access the outlet."

"We had to check out of another hotel due to noise issues. Walked into this hotel hoping for a room.Kristy was very friendly and sympathetic. She found us a room and allowed us to check in early to make things easier for us. Our room was clean, and thankfully, quiet. The rest of the staff we interacted with were friendly and breakfast was excellent. Kristy saved our vacation and we are very thankful. We will stay here again."

"The room and bathroom were very clean and the only slight negative was the fact that the HVAC unit could not be controlled easily by the guest and appeared to eb pre-programmed with no local control at the unit below the window. It was cold during our stay and we could not warm the room up in the slightest. The parking was fine with re-entry possible only at the front entrance which was OK and makes sense for security. "Fantastic location. Amazing main Inn architecture. The tiny streets are daunting the first time you try to navigate out of the inn, but totally fine once you know where you're going.
