"Great place, nice quiet street. Street parking is free, which was great since we had a truck that wouldn’t fit in the garage. My only criticism is the comfort of the furniture. Beds are extremely soft - too much so for our taste. Others may find that to be a plus. Also, the living room furniture is attractive, but not very comfortable. But the kitchen chairs are more comfortable and can be easily mobed into the living room. "

"I stayed here during a week of business etc and found the accommodations excellent for a long-ish stay. My room was the Purple Room - private bath, dining area, living room and separate bedroom. Clean, quiet, comfortable and appointed with everything one would need: Coffee maker, small fridge, microwave, dishes. Plenty of towels and storage in the bathroom. Big comfortable sectional sofa to lounge/work on. The staff is off site and responded quickly to text messages. The lock code provided easy...

""first floor" unit actually was walk up to first floor on rickety winding staircase without handrail. It was sparkling clean with a comfy bed. No control of heat or window opening in variable March. Check in lock box difficult."

"Great location, cute space, and basically everything you need. Would have been 5 stars of it wasn't entirely difficult to check into your room. Had to wait with my luggage for over 2 hours past the designated check-in time before I could get the keys. "

"Directions on accessing the unit were difficult to follow. The heat was not working well and it was a very cold week in Chicago so it was uncomfortable. Someone was in the unit without advance notice or our permission while we were out which was a security concern and not acceptable. "
