"This isn’t the best located hotel, as it’s a bit far from the downtown area but for our purposes it worked.
Parking is available in the garage opposite and price is reasonable (I think it was 20$).
Breakfast is better than what I was expecting with a good selection of warm food, cereal, pancakes, breads and some fruits and yogurt. "
"Amazing hotel and wonderful staff. The room took a while to cool off but was quite nice. I loved it will be back. Staff told me that they would set the thermostat at a certain temperature when requested. "

I could not take a bath...i had to take a shower..for some reason they have the shower button set and stuck in the upward position..I have a bad back and hip so standing up in the shower was very...
"My stay was absolutely everything that I wanted it to be despite the renovations that are taking place within the facility. The service was still amazing. There was great customer service from the front desks to the housekeeping staff. I am visiting from california and I already have a made up mind that when I return to cleveland this is where I'll stay"

"My wife and I decided to take vacation from all the hustle and overwhelming of work. This place provided us with amazing customer service, clean rooms, and peace and quiet. Perfect location for site seeing and amazing breakfast was provided every morning. We will definitely visit again."
"We were in Cleveland attending an event at Huntington Bank Field and chose this hotel because of how close it was to the event. We were not disappointed! It took us less than 10 minutes to drive down there. The area is beautiful, just across from the lake. We were able to walk to the beach and there were many shops nearby. Lakewood is absolutely beautiful. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were all so friendly. Parking was super easy and we had no issues at all. Good job...
