"The unit is the downstairs of an older house and you can tell in some of the details: creaky floors, uneven walls, etc. Overall, however, the unit is nicely decorated and furnished; it looks nice, is clean, and is a pleasant place to stay overall. The company hosting the unit did a great job quickly responding when we asked for Kleenex dish towels, and another pot - those things were delivered the same day. The only thing that would make me hesitate to stay here again was the beds. Both...

"The Itty Bitty Inn was a perfect stay for my sister and me. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a very nice coffee cart, and the home was spotless. It is in a quiet location that has access to stores and restaurants within a short walk or drive. The Inn is close to a very pretty state park with opportunities for kayaking and other outdoor activities."

"Property description stated air conditioning. I may have missed it but it was a window air conditioner in the bedroom which did not help in the kitchen. Also the TV was in front of the same window. Thankfully the weather was not too hot. Property did have a fan but it was just as loud as the air conditioner. Otherwise good property to stay in, We would again, The crock pot availability was nice on vacation as well, came back from a day exploring and dinner was ready."

"This property was lovely. The studio apartment was the perfect size for 1-2 people and I stayed here for 4 nights total while I was in between houses in the process of moving. "Cute house across the bridge from Duluth. Perfect for our mountain biking trip. We appreciated the central air and comfy bed after a hot day of riding, and the garage was a nice bonus for safely storing our bikes. While we didn't use it, the kitchen was well-appointed. Lots of nice touches here and there. Great base camp for 1-2 couples or a small family!"

"Very prompt communication from host. It smells a bit odd in there. The host says it's from the pilot light in the stove and recommended opening a window. That didn't do much since the window is pointing towards the bedroom.
The sink in the bathroom is VERY small. It's barely large enough to wash hands with much less brush teeth or wash face or shave.
The internet provided by the host is also pretty fast.
The floor is slanted up as you walk further in into the bedroom area. It is not level /...
