PLEASE NOTE IN THE SUMMER - Portable AC units in all bedrooms and main area, these are removed during Fall and Winter months.

3 Bedrooms: Two rooms feature king-sized beds, one with an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has two queen beds, plus a twin Murphy bed in the primary closet. Comfortably sleeps 8-9 guests, ideal for families or friends.

Outdoor Firepits: Relax under the stars around two outdoor firepits—perfect for roasting marshmallows and unwinding. Both wood burning and an option to use gas during burn bans.

Dog-Friendly Yard: Bring your pets! Our spacious yard is perfect for your furry companions (cats not permitted). Back yard offers a secure place for your pups to play.

Home is situated on a dead-end street and in a community free from HOA regulations, due to that please take note that homes in the area will vary in size, style, and appearance which is common to the local area. There are homes located on both sides and across the street. Front and back yard are both fully fenced.
