Beautiful Cabin in Unbeatable Location

Beautifully appointed cabin in the heart of Pinetop-Lakeside. Directly off the 260 making it easy to access all of what this great mountain town has to offer. Ski sunrise within 30 minutes or walk to some of Pinetops best restaurants in Annie's or Long Wongs with Mountain Thai just a stones throw away. Located right next to rainbow lake with great walking trails and endless parking this cozy cabin provides easy access in/out while next to everything you need in Pinetop-Lakeside.

The space
Cozy one bedroom with a couch in the living space. Tasteful decor with TV and internet access in living room. Two car garage attached (shared with second Unit) that has a wood pellet grill and TV for outdoor/indoor entertaining.
*Please note: the garage entertainment, hot tub, and backyard are all shared with the second unit.

Other things to note
Hot tub usage instructions:
After using the hot tub please make sure to put in one package of chemicals into the hot tub -- if 4 or more people use the hot tub put two packages in. The chemicals are in a bucket on the steps as you climb into the hot tub, there are instructions listed on the bucket, as well. You can get back in immediately after the chemicals have been used, however we do prefer you do this when you are finished using the hot tub that day/night. This makes for a better hot tub experience for you, future guests, and for our maintenance team. Thank you!

Pet owners & lovers: We love offering the opportunity to bring your four legged family but the downside is they can cause damage, so please be aware of the the potential for that. If you have a pet please do your best to monitor their activity while in our home.

Please note in the winter months this mountain town can receive a lot of snow in shorts amount of time. We do suggest a 4x4 vehicle if possible, for your safety in the area.

Guest access
You may use anything within the structure including the backyard and garage! Please note the Can-Am is a separate rental (available from April 1- December 20) and liability waivers must be signed prior to use. Cost for rental is $300/day and $500 for two days.
