LAKESIDE BREEZE on Lake Eustis Harris Chain of Lakes Central Florida

Come enjoy our beautiful home on Lake Eustis.
Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath lake house is ready for you to experience fishing, boating or just relaxing on the dock or screened liana. There is a king bed in the master and queen bed in the guest room the couch pull- out bed is a queen as well. The home is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay for a week, a month or more. WiFi, DirecTV,Washer & Dryer, Dishwasher and gas BBQ.
Don't forget your fishing poles and tackle!
Home has a fishing pier, carport, and covered boat stall. The house is located at the end of a single lane dead end street so it can be challenging to turn a boat and trailer around. Approximately 1/2 mile form large public ramp and boat and jet ski rentals.
Come enjoy fun-filled days boating, fishing and many lakeside restaurants within minutes from your dock. Close to Tavares w/waterfront park, Mt. Dora historical district and great restaurants. Only about 1 hour drive to Disney Parks and attractions.

Great place, perfect for fishing and enjoying the lake and wildlife. Bill was a wonderful communicator, and was able to direct us to local businesses to help with our boating needs. Our favorite place in the house was the back porch, where we were able to see amazing moonrises, enjoy the lake breezes, and spot a number of bird species, including herons and bald eagles.

Lake vacation

This property was perfect for our summer trip to Florida. Proximity to Orlando and other central Florida destinations made it easy to when going out. The house was very comfortable. Time out on the dock with the view of the lake was incredible! We definitely recommend this property!

Lakeside beauty

We stayed for a week in April and it was fantastic. The owner was so easy to deal with and very accommodating. The house is clean and fully equipped. We were able to cook meals with no issue. All kitchen needs were present, all the way down to Koozies for keeping canned drink cold. The view from the dock was beautiful, decent fishing and a nice place to relax. Location is in between 3 lakes and quick access to shopping, many restaurants and grocery stores. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were nice, great water pressure in the shower! Such a cute place on a dead end street. Totally will stay here again if we’re in the area. Thanks!!

Perfect Lakefront Rental

The back of the property faces Lake Eustis with a large dock. It was very essy to pull the boat up to go inside. The property also has a boathouse on the canal. It was extremely clean and recently remodeled. The neighbors were very friendly. We will stay here when we visit the Harris Chain of Lakes.

Wonderful little place

We had such a nice time and could not have asked for a better experience! The property had a great view and was well maintained, cozy and comfortable. It truly felt like our home away from home. Bill was great with any communication. We really hope we can return someday.

Quiet Lakefront Getaway

You walk in to a show ready lafefront listing. The entire chain of lakes is at your fingertips. Even if you don't rent a boat it's fun fishing from the dock or or get up early an watch the sunrise

Great lakefront property and screened in porch

Love this little hideaway among the cypress trees,on the lake. Perfect for those with a boat,or without. Our Labrador loved going for daily swims. Definitely will go back again!

Lake Life

When you say Lake Life this is it. Awesome view from the house/dock. Beautiful home with the best stocked kitchen to cook up any meal. We cooked in the kitchen and used the grill. Of course we went out to eat, if you have a boat you never need to use your car at all. We went to several restaurants by boat and had a great time and good meals. Can't beat this place for Lake Eustis.

Perfect Get-Away

We loved our stay at this little cottage. The sunrise was perfect every morning! God really showed out! Birding, shopping/thrifting, fishing and just relaxing on the pier made for a perfect stay. The kitchen was abundantly stocked—had everything we needed and more! The whole place was just perfect! Could not have asked for more!

This place was the perfect place for a fisherman getaway. There is a large boat ramp located within walking distance, a dock where you can drive in and tie up, also a covered slip down a canal to store a boat when the lake is windy (20 foot bass boat fit no problem). The covered slip has power to plug to charge your boat. We were able to park the boat trailer in the car port and a large truck in front of the car port/boat slip. The house house was great, the screened in porch a nice touch to have a drink after a day on the water. Place was very clean and owner was very friendly and answered any questions we had. 10/10.

Beautiful View

We absolutely loved this house and the location. It was convenient to many things. The view was beautiful. We were in town for a high school fishing tournament. The only downfall was there's no trailer parking or no place to turn around. If you not trailering a boat then this house is perfect!

This was a beautiful little gem of a place to stay. It had everything we needed to cook a great Christmas meal. It felt like home. The beds were comfortable. The only negative was the weather.

Amazing waterfront property!

This VRBO exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the Lake Eustis waterfront amenity the most. The scenery of the lake could be viewed from inside the house, or from the large screened porch, from the back yard, or the pier. The sunsets and sunrises were spectacular! We we’re totally entertained by a variety of water birds who made their appearances along the piers and shores of this and neighboring properties daily. Inside, the house was very clean, with comfortable furnishings and beds. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. It was not so elegant that you felt like you had to “walk on eggshells”. We appreciated the down to earth and more relaxed feel of this home. Thank you!

When the weather is nice, sitting in the screened in porch or on the dock is heavenly. Maybe not so much on cold, windy days. The view was spectacular, the accommodations comfortable. The two-person table in the dining area was somewhat insufficient for four adults when sitting outside became impossible, but we made it work. The kitchen was fully equipped, the appliances clean. Overall, the rental was as pictured. The owner is very helpful when needed and answered our questions in a timely fashion. If you're looking for a water-side place, this might be just the ticket!
