"I thought we were getting our own place. It turned out to be a common area with two bedrooms, each with a bathroom. The common area was very clean, and coffee and a light snack were provided. There was also a refrigerator and a sitting area. In the bedroom, water and chocolates were provided. Also, toiletries were in the bathroom. Everything you need was there. It was very clean and comfortable."

"This is one of the strangest places I’ve stayed. There is no indication that you found it. The name is for another property in front of the Sierra House but it shares the same staff. The Mountain View studio was on the top floor and did have an amazing view. The room had a long hallway with the thermostat in the middle of it and not in the room with the sun beating in. The bathroom had zero counter space and a weird closet filling the gap between it and the bedroom. The shower was large with a...

"Pros: the host was super responsive and very plant to deal with. The Latin is very nice, quiet and lots of parking spaces. The kitchen was well stock with spices and coffee, and creamer! Cons: the bed was a little too soft for us. More instructions would be great- how to turn on the fireplace, Google and its bad direction (running into a fenced dead end), gate code is provided AFTER getting inside the house (had to wait for a fuest to exit the ground and squeezed in). Overall though, a nice...

"Bring earplugs &/or white noise. You’re sharing a home with the hosts, so sounds from their living area leak past interior doors.
Kudos to them for being willing to share an attached dwelling with strangers — I don’t think I could!
Other things to be aware of:
You may be charged $25 extra if unable to check in at the appointed time.
The short access road is bumpy, dusty gravel. Otherwise, all routes are paved.
Room was very clean and nicely appointed. It was nice to meet their dogs and cats...
