Experience live on a lake at its best, feels remote yet conveniently located to Seattle / Bellevue /Tacoma area, apprx. 80’ Lake Frontage with stylish three story modern house. Oversized dock, private BBQ area, fire pit, living room w gas fireplace, flooded with natural light direct lake view. Gourmet kitchen comes equipped for memorable gatherings Guest will enjoy 3 floors of comfort, Master with its own view deck, Movie Room, spacious living and dining, private office are just few to mention.

Upper Floor: Three bedrooms, Two Bath, Laundry Room, Loft Area. Master Bedroom with its own private view balcony.

Spacious back yard with multiple spaces for BBQ, picnic area with chairs and table, dock, single size cone and paddle boat.

Disclosure

Log Cabin is NOT part of the rental, log cabin is occupied. Person at the log cabin DOES not have access to back yard or lake waterfront area during the guest stay.
Food
We firmly request that all eating and drinking be confined to the kitchen area only. To maintain cleanliness and hygiene, please refrain from consuming food and beverages on the couches or in the bedrooms. Violations of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in keeping our home clean and pleasant for all guests.

SMOKING

We firmly ask that there be no smoking or vaping inside the house, on the balconies, or within 25 feet of the property. This rule is essential to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all our guests.

Moving
We kindly but firmly request that guests do not move or remove any furniture or artwork from the walls. Additionally, please refrain from attaching any items such as balloons or other celebration pieces to the walls, ceilings, or doors. This helps us maintain the integrity and appearance of our home. Violations of this policy will result in additional charges. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Quiet hours
We ask all guests observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. This is to ensure a peaceful and restful environment for everyone in the house and our neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours. Violations of this policy may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation

Parking
We request that all parking be confined to our premises only. Please ensure that you do not block any neighbors' driveways or access points.

Liability Waiver

By agreeing to the Property Rules, you hereby acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved with activities associated with lake waterfront property, Furthermore, featur such as, waterfront docs, decks, stairs, campfires, swimming, boating may present dangers for adults and children. Children must be carefully supervised at all times when near the water. If you swim or use the canoe or paddle boat (especially children) we strongly recommend the use of life jackets which are provided for you and your guests.
Guest and guest visitors herein agrees to restrain from any dangerous activities, including but not limited to:
jumping at any time into the lake or careless activities.

By agreeing to the House Rules, you acknowledge the potential risks discussed above, agree to accept full responsibility for any bodily injury that may occur to you and others in your party, and waive any claim whatsoever against the property owners, and or its agents(s) for accidents or claims arising from any activities inside or outside the house and or property.
Above stated Liability waiver shall be in effect at all times during duration of guest(s) stay. By agreeing to above stated Liability waiver it is agreed this waiver will apply all guest and visitors.

This was a two night stay with 7 men celebrating our 60th birthdays. We played golf at Chambers Bay Golf Club. We are seasoned travelers and have rented VRBO's hundreds of times between all of us and are very respectful people. We were all disappointed with the property for multiple reasons. We should have reached out to the Host to fix some of the issues but this was a two night stay and none of us wanted to have that distraction so we lived with the shortcomings. The property was not in great shape and does not include basic essentials like kitchen towels or a wine opener. There were many problems with the house too including the TV on the main floor didnt work, the kitchen cabinets don't have springs and could slam down on you. If they have a microwave, none of us could figure it out. However, my biggest issue is getting charged 150 for moving the basement couch on a tile floor slightly (see picture the host sent). Again, we didn't want to watch tv in the basement but we couldn't get the upstairs tv to work. I would include several other issues we encountered but not worth my time. I politely asked the host to not charge me 150 but he refused. I would be very careful renting from this host as the property is overpriced and the host is looking to charge additional fees. By the way, this is the first time I have left a negative review. I love VRBO and have always had positive experiences and so have my friends.

The house was way bigger than I expected, well taken care of and clean, Alex was very responsive which I appreciate. I would stay at another property he owns/manages. Thanks!
