The apt. is full of interesting art and shapes, it is not just comfortable, but up lifting. it is a one bedrooms with king size bed, very comfortable mattresses, soft linens, closets and work table. The layout of the apt is open, flowing from kitchen to dinning area to living room.There is one full bathroom. The kitchen has anything you might need, a dishwasher, fridge, stainless steal workspace, microwave, stove, coffeemakers, toaster, mixer, dishes, cookware a small amount of food, oil... Please enjoy the beautiful new salt water pool with spa, the seating areas in the large garden, the lounge chairs and the beauty of the flowering trees and plants. It smells heavenly. It is shared with the other 2 short term apt in the building. The living room has 2 sofas, smart TV and WIFI. Please use your own streaming app I provide Netflix. The bedroom also has a tv. There is a washer and dryer in one of the closets.The building is blue and orange, it has 3 apt.
This apt does not have a garden view, but you have your own outside seating area out the glas sliding doors in the kitchen, Furnished with table and chairs.
I am renown artist and i decorated the apt with my fabric art, lamps and paintings, i like creating spaces that bring about a calmness and feel good, spaces with a healing vibe.
The pool is not heated but can be heated for a daily charge of $75. the hot tube is free to heat.
You are very close to town and even closer to a beautiful park at the water, if you keep walking along the water intercostal you get to a bridge that bring you to the beach. the house is very centrally located.
