"Comfortable would be back"

"We had a great stay here! Even though the cold pool and waterslides were closed they still had the warm pool and the hot tubs working and our 2 year old had a blast splashing around! Beautiful property and it wasn't too crazy busy which we enjoyed. Overall we had a lovely stay!"

"This was our third stay and first time in the "standard" room, which we found not spacious enough. Our previous stays were in the 1 and 2 bedroom units which are very spacious. The balcony was a needed and enjoyed feature. The room was very clean and well appointed in storage, particularly the large bed drawers. Service (after check-in) was excellent. We had a small hiccup at check-in but Marjorie made it right. The hotel texted us to see if we needed anything and an employee came to the door...
