Substitute offered was okay, but third person bed not made nor ready. When request for bedding made to reception, housekeeping left them outside door. They did not attempt to make the bed. But it is very nice and there are bars, restaurants, and stores within walking distance. The view is pretty and the hotel was very luxurious with many amenities."
