Your mountain retreat awaits! This stunning, 3 bedroom, 2 bath property is located in Tahoe Donner, close to Northwoods Drive and Truckee on Lausanne Way. This home offers convenient access to Squaw Valley USA, Alpine, Northstar, Donner Lake (5 min) and Lake Tahoe (20 min). Truckee/Tahoe has a plethora of winter and summer activities-It truly is a year round playground! Enjoy world class hiking, mountain biking and golf, and water sports such as kayaking, stand up paddle boarding and wake boarding, all within 5-15 minutes distance from the home. Take advantage of the Tahoe Donner private beach on Donner Lake, which offers water sport rentals, pier use and a family friendly sandy beach for swimming with the kids.

Enter the home by walking up one flight of stairs to the front stone entry way and mud room-the front door leads to the main great room space. Highlights include new hardwood floors, a comfy L shaped couch and open concept kitchen and dining space. Two sliding glass doors lead to a second floor deck, complete with gas bbq and outdoor dining furniture.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the same floor in the back of the home. Queen and bunk bedrooms share a bath equipped with a bathtub/shower combo. A king master suite boasts double vanity sinks and a stand up shower with a built in bench. A back deck is accessible through a slider off the bedroom and offers Adirondack chairs to enjoy the greenbelt views.

Sierra Haven is located in Tahoe Donner, the prime vacation rental community in Truckee. This property is 5 minutes to The Trout Creek Recreation Center-where guests can enjoy spas, a year round pool, gym and fitness classes for $24 per adult and $10 for ages 3-6. For an additional fee enjoy the beginner downhill ski area and the cross country Alder Creek Adventure Center. The hot tub and pool amenities listed for this home are shared at the recreation center. Six short-term rental guest cards will be available per house. Short-term guest cards grant one individual (ages 3+) access to private amenities with a paid daily access fee.

There is no AC in Tahoe. To keep the property cool, open the windows and sliders at night to let cool air in, then close the windows, doors and blinds when you leave for the day.

While these instances are rare, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.
