This stunning mountain home is conveniently located in lower Tahoe Donner close to downtown Truckee and HOA amenities. Featuring a beautiful stone patio with a private hot tub and dramatic mountain views, this home is a powderhound's dream! After a day on the slopes, come home to a hot soak and take in the mesmerizing alpenglow over Mt. Rose. In the summer, soak up the sun on one of three decks. If you enjoy a good movie night, you're going to love the extensive DVD collection. This home is great for families or multiple couples. With three suites and two TV rooms, there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy their stay.

Experience everything Tahoe Donner has to offer! Hit the slopes at the local ski hill, or make the trip to Northstar, Squaw Valley, or Alpine Meadows resorts for a day of downhill skiing or snowboarding. This home is close to several amenities the whole family will love. Take a trip into downtown Truckee to browse the local shops, find the perfect souvenir for your trip, or dine at one of many local restaurants. In the summer, spend your days at Donner Lake where you can take in the breathtaking landscapes or participate in some adventurous water sports. With the provided passes, guests may also access a variety of amenities at the Tahoe Donner Recreation Center and the Trout Creek Recreation Center including pools, sports courts, and fitness centers.

*Following the Tahoe Donner HOA agreements, gatherings of people not renting the home are not allowed. Authorities will be notified if there is a party or large gathering in the home.
*No excessive noise and/or trash
*All exterior lights must be turned off between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am, seven days a week

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
