There is also a south facing deck with waterfall. The master bedroom wing has a large bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom with double sink, soaking tub and shower. There is also a laundry room and home office on this wing. Upstairs off the loft are a bathroom and three bedrooms with queen size beds. Enjoy the huge recreation room downstairs, with TV/VCR, sofa, ping-pong table, poker table, full bath, twin bed and bunk bed alcove. There are beds for 11, but there is also a pull out mattress under the twin bed and a futon under the bunk bed that may be used. The Placer County limit of 12 people does not include those under 16 years of age.

Other notes:

Horse shoes and corn hole are available for outdoor play during warm weather months.

As of July 2022, we have a new internet provider that does not require a satellite, so we now have excellent internet service that also allows streaming movies.

4WD or AWD with vehicles with good tires are required during winter months, even when chains are not required on the main roads, due to potentially icy driveway conditions.
