We stayed 15 nights over the Christmas / New Year's holidays and from customer service to housekeeping to honoring our request for a top floor room away from the ice machine / elevator - yeah this was a great place to stay in so many ways. "My room was very clean, smelled great! Blackout curtains worked so well that I slept til nearly noon, and still thought it was dark out. I stayed on the second floor, interstate side - no noises noticed. I felt safe the whole stay. Staff were very nice and friendly. The shower could've been a bit warmer, but it wasn't cold and felt good after traveling. I've stayed in 3 and 4 star hotels that were nowhere near as comfy and accommodating- I'll definitely be back!"
