This COZY Cottage has a NEW ELECTRIC FIREPLACE. This Spacious, 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo. Located in Lake of the Ozark - Village of Four Seasons on the 12 mile marker. Complex has an outdoor/ indoor pools with hot tub. It also has a newly renovated PICKLEBALL/TENNIS & BASKETBALL court. This unit has an awesome view of the main channel! You can lay in bed and watch the boats go by!

Boat ramp available next to the building. Boat slips available for an additional $25/day
No trailer parking permitted on complex, but there are multiple locations for parking close by.

Boat rentals are right next door.

The master bedroom has a NEW King bed with Cable/TV, second bedroom has a NEW Queen bed with TV/Cable. We also have a Queen size sofa bed in the livingroom for those extra guests! Free WiFi!

Kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar that seats 6 people. You will find all that you need to cook in and take advantage of the new gas grill on the balcony.
All linens and bath towels are provided. You may just want to bring your pool towels.
Condo has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

*List of complex rules provided after booking. Guest responsible for any fines issued to them due to their negligence
*Excessive mess after departure could result in additional cleaning fees.
*Guest responsible for any damages they cause
*Quiet hours: 11pm-7am
*Pools open Memorial weekend and close after Labor Day weekend
*Cancellation policy stands regardless of illness or weather. Travel insurance is recommended.
