This three bedroom, two bathroom home has everything you need and sleeps up to 12 people. Two lakefront docks, grill, hottub, firepit and private dock.

We want your stay at Shady Shores to be stress-free and memorable! Our team is available by phone, text, or message throughout your stay if you need anything at all — from local recommendations to help with the property. You'll find two full bathrooms, both stocked with fresh linens, luxury towels, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more carefree.
The fully stocked kitchen and dining area offer everything you need to whip up meals at home, and our gourmet coffee bar ensures that your mornings start with a delicious brew — whether you’re fueling up for a day on the water or a night out at the lake’s hottest spots.

By Car: Driving is the most straightforward option. From major cities:
Kansas City: Approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes via US-50 E and MO-5 S.
St. Louis: Around 3 hours via I-70 W and MO-5 S.​
By Train & Taxi: Amtrak's Missouri River Runner line stops in Jefferson City. From there, it's about a 50-minute taxi ride to Lake Ozark. ​
By Bus & Taxi: Greyhound offers bus services to Jefferson City. A taxi can then take you to Lake Ozark in under an hour

Nice place great location

Let me start off by saying we did enjoy our stay at this property. We loved the location since it was next to Shady gators and H toads which we enjoyed. The draw backs to this place for us was the exterior up keep such as over grown vegitation and general exterior mantinance. Also be warned if u have a big truck or any pwc trailers it may be tough to manage the very steep drive and parking area. Swiming around the dock may not be an option as this property sits on the main channel. Water was pretty rough. Overall its a nice enough spot. Wouldnt be afraid to book again.
