This stylish 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers stunning lake views, high-end interiors, and exclusive concierge services through Lakecation Vacations, ensuring a stress-free and unforgettable stay.
The spacious primary suite features a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and smart TV. The second bedroom is perfect for families or groups, offering one full bed, three twin beds, and a private attached bath.
The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a coffee bar, and everything you need to cook at home, with bar seating and a large dining area ideal for meals or game nights.
Step outside to the expansive lakefront deck, complete with comfortable seating and a grill — the perfect spot to relax, sip your morning coffee, or enjoy evening sunsets.

The building features elevator access, so there are no stairs required from the parking area to the front door, making entry easy for all guests.

Getting Around
Our property is conveniently located just a short drive from all the area’s top attractions. Most guests prefer to have a car to explore Lake Ozark, as public transportation is limited. You’ll be just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, restaurants, marinas, and grocery stores. Boat rentals, lakefront bars, and state parks are all easily accessible by car. Free parking is available at the property.
Important Notes & Policies
We want all guests to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing, and respectful stay. Please review the following policies before booking: No pets are allowed at this property. This helps us maintain allergy-friendly, clean accommodations for all guests. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the condo or on the outdoor deck area. Violations will result in additional cleaning fees. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. We may require ID verification prior to arrival. Quiet hours are strictly enforced by The Falls HOA from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please respect the community and neighbors during these hours.
This home is professionally managed and cared for to ensure every guest has an exceptional experience. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a high standard for all visitors. House Rules To ensure a relaxing and respectful stay for everyone, please review and follow the house rules below: Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours out of respect for neighbors and fellow guests. Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present during the entire stay. No Party Policy: Absolutely no parties or events are allowed. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund. Parking: Please park only in the designated parking areas provided. Do not block driveways or park on the lawn. Violation of any of these rules may result in additional charges or immediate removal from the property. Quiet Hours Policy To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbors, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM every day. During this time, please keep noise to a minimum both inside and outside the unit. The first noise complaint will result in a warning. A second violation will lead to immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Parties, loud gatherings, and unregistered guests are not permitted and may also result in cancellation and additional fees. No Parties or Unregistered Guests Policy This property has a strict no party and no unregistered guest policy. Gatherings, events, or additional guests beyond those listed on the reservation are not permitted under any circumstances. Violation of this policy will result in the immediate termination of your stay without refund, and all guests will be required to vacate the property immediately. In addition: The reservation holder will be held financially responsible for all interior and exterior damages, including but not limited to furniture, flooring, walls, landscaping, and property contents. A cleaning and damage fee will be assessed based on the severity of the incident. All reviews will be disqualified and reported for non-compliance with house rules. We take the integrity of our home and neighborhood seriously. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe, peaceful environment for everyone. all guests agree to use the property and its amenities at their own risk. Neither the homeowner nor Lakecation Vacations (the management company) are responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from improper or unsupervised use of the following: Swimming, fishing, or kayaking in the lake Use of the dock, boat slips, or boat lift Use of the diving board Use of the firepit, community grill, or outdoor recreational areas Guests assume full responsibility and liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to themselves, other guests, or personal property while using these amenities. Children must be supervised at all times when near water, docks, firepit, or any recreational equipment. Guests will also be held financially responsible for any damages caused by misuse, negligence, or violation of house rules. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you and your guests have read, understood, and agreed to this policy, releasing the property owner and management company from all liability related to the use of these amenities. Late Checkout Policy Checkout time is 10:00 AM sharp on the day of departure. If you would like to request a late checkout, please submit your request no later than 11:00 PM the night before your departure. All requests are subject to availability and approval and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a late checkout fee of $25 per hour will apply and must be paid in advance. Important: Guests who fail to vacate the property by 10:00 AM without prior approval will be charged $20 per hour until the property is fully vacated, as this directly impacts our cleaning and guest turnover schedule. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us provide every guest with a smooth, timely check-in experience. Early Check-In Policy We understand that sometimes you want to start your vacation a little sooner! While we do our best to accommodate early check-ins, they are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance. Guests may contact us at 10:00 AM on the day of arrival to check if early check-in is possible. If available, the following conditions apply: An early check-in fee of $20 per hour will be charged The fee must be paid in full prior to check-in Early entry will not be granted without confirmation and payment Please note: If early check-in is important to your travel plans, we recommend booking your stay beginning the day before your intended arrival to ensure the home is reserved and ready for your early access.
