"We had the BEST week in McGregor! Very cute cabin in a great, quiet location. Janet and Jeff were wonderful hosts!! The cabin had everything we could have ever needed - indoor and outdoor games, firewood, s’mores sticks, dog towels, and more! Plus the availability of the pontoon was the icing on top! Highly recommend - we’re hoping to be back next year!"

"This was an incredible stay for my family and I. Perfect in every way - I highly recommend it!Sammie has considered everything for a relaxing stay at the lake. We had prompt and positive communications with our host. It is charming, quaint, quiet, beautiful, clean and peaceful. The cabin is fully stocked with everything you need. The kayaks are a great addition and so fun to paddle around the bay. The bunkhouse and fire pit are lovely. We will be back! "

"It is an old cabin/house that is a bit run down. Our biggest issue was the super intense musty smell. We were also disappointed with the quality of the bedding and towels (which only 2 were left for our group of 4). It's a really steep price tag for a property like this and I would never use the word serene to describe it. The owners were easy to work with, but we were glad we only had to be there to sleep. "Our family of 5 (kids 10 months to 10 y.o.) had a great time! Added pontoon for added/improved swimming options and quiet lake tours to end our nights. Used provided fishing gear and the kids caught some nice sunnies, smallmouth and northern! Home was large and inviting. Plenty of space. Kitchen was large and well stocked. "The log lake house is beautiful and had everything we needed and more. We watched the sunrise over the lake, kayaked, bird watched, grilled, and played yard games. "We stayed here for an annual visit to the area. The home is very lovely, clean, spacious and well appointed. The rooms are very large and each has it's own en suite attached, which is very nice. The views are spectacular and the kitchen is well stocked and I do a lot of cooking. Highly recommend this property!"
