It's on a quaint street, and the surrounding homes are lovely and picturesque. The location is ideal... far enough away from the traffic and tourism area, but close enough to walk to everything you want in the village. "Our family of 4 stayed here to celebrate Xmas Eve and Day. What a lovely house. Completely remodeled, very clean and close to the shops/restaurants.The layout of the house was very comfortable for us, no one felt they were on top of one another. The kitchen and bathrooms were VERY clean (which unfortunately isn't always the case).Before even arriving. "Overall, we enjoyed our stay. But the outdoors needs work. Positive: -Easy Check-in, they even let us arrive an hour early. -Inside was clean, inviting and stocked with towels.-Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed except sharp knives, but I picked up a sharpener and left it for the next guests. -The indoor space was as described. -The outside front porch was cleanNegative: -The "Steps" to the dock are a huge accident waiting to happen. The rocks are loose and there are no longer steps...

"We were told people had to stay at the landing across the street but they were all over the yard. We were even asked to move our vehicles out of the driveway to park somehwere else. "
