Approximately 1,400 square feet, this Two-Bedroom Townhome features 1 King Bed in the master bedroom, 2 Double Bed(s) per each auxiliary room, 1 Sofa Bed in the living room including a full kitchen, bathroom, and wood burning fireplace. Maximum of 8 occupants.

Additional amenities include: balcony/porch, cable television, CD stereo, internet (wi-fi), coffee maker, ice maker, blender, hairdryer, washer/dryer, BBQ grill, microwave, oven, refrigerator, stove/range, fire place, and iron/ironing board.


The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Foxrun Townhouses are Charlotte-Douglas International (CDU) and Asheville Regional (AVL) which are 84 and 36 miles by car respectively. Reminder for late check-in procedures: Call the resort prior to check in to inform of late arrival. Resort will arrange for key pick-up at the lock box on site.

Auxiliary parking available for guests, no charge, two vehicles per villa. Note: Boats, trailers, RVs and motorcycles are not permitted onsite.

No smoking inside, including electronic cigarettes. Subject to $300 fine, unless if it's in a designated area.
