"My husband and our daughter stayed here for a chill 4th of July weekend. The back deck has a great view, with a large dining table, fire pit table, and a hot tub. It was lovely! "

"We had wonderful time spending our Thanksgiving holydays in this property. We would really like to thank our host Mrs. Liz for convincing us to come when we were having second thoughts as we thought that the area and property were damaged by the hurricane Helen. The house is very convenient at all 3 levels and views are amazing. We would highly recommend this property for families (including 4 legged members 😊) who would like to enjoy the beautiful nature NC has to offer."

"Pics do not do this beautiful house and property justice! It was amazing! The only complaint we have is the water pressure. We were excited to have 4 bathrooms with our large family, but unfortunately, you could only run or use one thing at a time or the water pressure went down to a trickle. Everything else exceeded expectations and we fell in love with it instantly!"

"It was a great layout for a large family or group of families. The kids had a blast and just minutes from down town and other attractions. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The Filling Station was very clean, well decorated, comfortable beds, and great to stay in for a long weekend for our Women’s Connection at Montreat, an 11 minute easy drive. Lacy is a very responsive host for any questions that come up. Highly recommended!"

"We had a great time during our family 4th of July escape. The house was great. Had awesome adventures golfing, exploring Chimney Rock State Park and getting into downtown Asheville once. We cooked in the very well stocked kitchen. We can only imagine how awesome it will be when Lake Lure is back in action with swimming and boating options. Hoping the area recovers fully from the devastation of Helene. "

"This home was perfect for our family meet up to be able to see our grandma. It was clean and had everything we could have needed for comfort and cooking. We are required to message the host for check in instructions even though there is an email that goes out three days before check in but they are super quick to respond and so kind. We really enjoyed our stay! "

Previously, I had a really good experience with VRBO. Dealt with VRBO and the owner directly. This time I felt palmed off to Unique Stays even though I paid VRBO a fee for what? Unique Stays requires a 6 page rental agreement. Been renting in the area for several years now and never had to do that before. Seemed to...

"This was a great find in downtown Hendersonville. It’s a small little house, 5 minute walk over to Main St. The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay and the best part is, everything you will want to experience is no more than 15 minutes walk away.With the Ecusta Trail minutes away this gives you even more access to the area with a great walking, running and biking trail."

"We were very impressed when we came to the house. It’s in a cozy area of town and very close to downtown Hendersonville. The house was immaculately clean and had many great furnishings that felt like good quality. Two living spaces was great too, plenty of room for everyone! We did not make use of the back yard and fire pit because it was rainy all week but it did look great too. Our only issue was an early rising rooster next door, but it didn’t bother us too much. We would stay here again."
