New A-Frame in wine country

Welcome to Owl Ridge A-Frame! This NEW cabin sits on 8 wooded acres and features a modern, comfortable design with custom finishes. The large, open concept gathering space has room for your whole group to be together. Enjoy a fire pit, outdoor dining and acres of rugged woods to explore. Within 4 miles of 5 wineries. 5 minutes to Lake Leelanau, 7 minutes to Suttons Bay, 12 minutes to Leland and 30 minutes to Traverse City. Enjoy beaches, hiking, dining, shopping and endless Leelanau charm.

A brand new A-Frame! Construction was completed in March and we`ve spent the spring getting it ready for our guests. The cabin features 3 queen bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. When we designed this A-Frame we worked hard to ensure that the beautiful `A` architecture was the star, while also maximizing space and comfort. This isn`t your grandpas A-Frame with a metal spiral staircase and open loft with shag carpet (although we love those too). The layout is spacious and each bedroom has it`s own charm and privacy. The open concept kitchen/dining and living space allows your entire group to unwind, cook and connect. In addition to the bedrooms, there is a small loft with a work area and game nook. We kept the design modern with a touch of whimsy. Some standout features include the beautifully tiled showers and the polished concrete floors that have pieces of Petoskey stone and Leland blue stones from our own beach adventures hidden throughout. Stay cozy with in floor radiant heat and a powerful gas fireplace in the winter and enjoy AC throughout the house in the warmer months. This cabin sits on 8 wild wooded acres. We are slowly starting to create some walking paths and there is plenty to explore.

Since construction ended in early spring, we don`t expect the grass and other landscaping to grow in fully this season so please excuse that there is some dirt around the cabin currently.

You can venture across the road to Aurora winery and you are within 15 minutes of so many loved Leelanau destinations, including: 9 Bean Rows Farm and Bakery, Downtown Suttons Bay, Fishtown, The Lake Leelanau Narrows and incredible Lake Michigan beaches.

Guests have private and exclusive use of the home and 8 acres of property. In the welcome book you will find all of the information you need for a seamless stay. We live nearby and love offering recommendations!

We give our guests privacy and autonomy to come and go as you please. You will have contactless access to the cabin and a comprehensive welcome book with all of the details you should need. As your hosts, we are available through the Airbnb ap for any questions you have about the space or about the region. We love sharing our favorite restaurant recommendations, hiking spots and wineries, just ask!

While the cabin has nice privacy, we are on a road with other homes with owners who are permanent residents. Being a good neighbor is a priority. Please be respectful of their privacy and abide by quiet hours of 10:00pm - 8:00am.

SECURITY DISCLOSURE and OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
We have a doorbell with a security camera and another camera mounted to the front of the house facing the driveway. Cameras are actively recording. We do not look at the footage from these cameras while we have guests unless we have an explicit reason to do so.
The fire pit/campfire, and use of the land are “Use at Your Own Risk”.

We have a short term rental permit from Suttons Bay Township. Our permit number is 25-046. The Short Term Rental `Good Neighbor Policy` is in our welcome book. Please review it upon arrival.
House Rules
- This is not a party house, we do have neighbors and need to be respectful. Observe quiet hours between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
- No barking dogs or loud music outside.
- 6 people max. Exceptions made for babies. This is enforced by the township and having more people than noted on your reservation will result in immediate cancelation with no refunds.
- No smoking or vaping on the property, except for at the designated outdoor area.
- No events



Pet Rules:
- One dog only. Other types of pets or more than one pet may be allowed but must be discussed with the host prior to booking.
- $75 pet fee, automatically billed at booking
- Disclose if you are bringing a dog at the time of booking
- Dog must be well behaved and not an excessive barker
- Dogs must go to the bathroom outside and waste must be disposed of immediately
- No dogs on the furniture
- If you leave your dog in the house unattended, they must be confined to a crate or you must be confident that they will not cause any damage in your absence.
- If we learn that you are not abiding by these rules, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation immediately
