"The stay was amazing and very relaxing! Very clean and tidy. The only thing that it needed was the bed upgraded. It was well worn in. The host was amazing and quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again if i come back!!"

"We enjoyed our first stay a year ago for our family reunion in pilot point. It is a perfect location close to our reunion site. So we booked again for the 2025 reunion. Thanks so much"

"Very roomy, clean & quiet"

"Stayed for the weekend with family for my daughter’s wedding. It’s hard to find a nice place that will accommodate a lot of people. It was a very nice house. Some things I would note, however. With being able to accommodate so many people, there isn’t enough furniture in living area to sit everyone comfortably. The couch and two chairs are not comfortable and it isn’t enough seating. A big sectional would work great in here!The refrigerator door wasn’t shutting upon arrival but manager fixed...

"Everything about the house and property was perfect! It was a beautiful place and a great place to get away with friends for the weekend. It was quiet, peaceful, and offered so many activiites and ammenities. We will definitely be staying here again and recommending it to others. "

"Awesome little cabin to stay in thats peaceful, pet friendly, and not too far from bigger places if you need to make a town run! Definitely extra nice if you dont want to be in town or want a hotel.Super glad we found this one for our trip!"

"House was pretty nice over all there were a some dirty spots and could use a deep clean and updating & bug control- No tvs in the rooms- Fan outside was inoperable-Surpise there are cows hanging out - kinda cool but don’t remember that been mentioned- Low celing upstairs needs a warning sign and arcade - room?? Maybe board game room and beds upstairs were Less then comfortable- pool was nice and put door area inviting.over all was a nice place to visit with friends and family while in Sherman...

"Great location from our friend’s wedding venue! Binder was so helpful! The Wick in Celina- we are obsessd- so good! Couldn’t get the tv to work…? Plenty of room, clean and everything you would need. Bed, sheets, pillows so nice! Master shower -excellent! Way more than expected!"

"12 adults over 45, had a great time at this property. Everything listed was accurate. Almost everything we needed for the entire stay. Only complaint was that the pool was not cleaned out prior to our arrival. The pool guy came the next day but it was too cold the rest of our stay to use the pool!"

"Family weekend in the country! The kitchen was well equiped for our cooking needs and we especially appreciated the large refrigerator. The great room was comfortable and the dining table was perfect for playing cards and dominoes. Outside is rustic yet scenic. Owner was responsive to items that needed attention. "

"We really enjoyed our 3 nights, Only about 1.5 Miles from Winstar & all back roads. We loved that it was off the beaten path, very quiet, People in the area were very friendly. Drawback is there is not much in this town except the casino. But the casino is Huge! If you want to go to a real grocery store, its 30 min away in Gainesville, TX. "
