"Very nice e"

"My only complaint is that we stayed a total of 5 nights, 4 people. We had 3 towels, no bedding for couch. Asked for bedding. Then never even got a touch up clean while there. No towels offered arc. I ended up piling all our trash outside the door multiple times, towels etc. I went down to janitor room and asked for more. Said she’d be down later. Never happened so I went back to janitor room and got towels, blankets, toilet paper since we were out and trash bags. I get it . Hotel doesn’t clean...

"Nice hotel. Only issue occurred when we tried to order breakfast. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to take our order, we gave up and went somewhere else for breakfast."

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The free breakfast was terrible—I couldn’t find anything worth eating and ended up eating breakfast elsewhere every day. The room was in very poor condition. It felt dirty, the bed had a bad odor, and there were stains all over the mattress and bedding. I took pictures of the stains as evidence because the condition of the room was unacceptable. Overall, the hotel did not meet even basic cleanliness standards. I would not stay here again...

"This was our second or third time staying here and it was always a pleasure. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It really makes a difference these days. They made sure the breakfast stayed fresh and replenished for all guest. We were always greeted when entering or exiting the premises."

"The room was nice and clean. Not fancy but comfortable. The price was decent. The only complaint is that the office/lobby had an awful smell to it. AC worked perfect. The kitchenette was nice to have in the room. The staff was a little slow at coming to the front desk and answering the phone."

"Restroom had hair in the shower and on the floor. Around the toilet there was dirt, grime and yellow crusty mess. The room had holes in the carpet, the table tops had thick swipe marks. There was a wet mildew smell in the room. I have stayed at this hotel in the past and it was good. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job. I was highly disappointed."

"The motel is old. I've been staying there for 24 years. The rooms are clean, air conditioner works great, the staff is exceptional. I just spent a week there. I was also there 3 weeks ago. I love it!"

"The hotel is in disrepairs. It's has mold. They had us park at the back entrance which wasn't locked and some shady people were out back. Made me nervous about leaving my car at the back of the property. The elevator smelled burnt. We checked out as soon as we got to our room. The room was not clean. The bed had what looks like pee stains and hair on it. We will not be back to the Clarion in Lake Jackson."
