"Better communication and transparency could be improved, about the rules at the searching before reservation and after booking. I was looking for a pet friendly place to stay with my Service Dog, to feel safe and avoid issues (regardless is Service Dog). The place charged $45 fee per dog and apparently per night. Any of this isn’t mentioned during the searching and/or after the booking. Only after the cancellation window passed and the check in, when I find out about this fee, but I thought was...

"Nice little tiny home. Beautiful little lake, horses, donkeys, ducks geese. And even with the animals it was peaceful and quiet. I would definitely recommend, and will probably look to stay again in the future. "

"The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. "

"I’m so glad I found this place. It’s a perfect location— close enough to get to Daytona easily, but it’s a peaceful and quiet country paradise to relax at the end of the day. The host is thoughtful and responds immediately and the place was spotless with everything you could possibly need. An easy 5 stars, and I’d give it a 6th for being able to view the rocket launches if they’d let me. The donkey and ducks deserve a few stars too."

"Nos três dias em fiquei hospedado ao chegar ao hotel por volta das 19:00 HS não havia NINGUÉM na recepção muito inseguro! Isolamento acústico ruim com pessoas falando alto e pulando no quarto ao lado. Ao fazer o checkout e pedir o pagamento de caução a mesma atendente que recebeu o dinheiro não estava achando e teve de ligar para a gerente e com muito custo me liberou o dinheiro como se o problema fosse meu. Além disso fiquei esperando por meia hora pois o hotel não tinha ninguém na recepção...
