We want all guests to have an amazing stay while helping us keep the home in great condition for future guests. Please review our house rules before booking.
General Rules
• Primary renter must be at least 21 years old
• No parties or events permitted
• No smoking or vaping inside the home
• No illegal drugs on the property
• Quiet hours are from 11 PM – 7 AM in accordance with community guidelines
• Please respect our neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum, especially at night
Occupancy
• Maximum occupancy is 14 guests total, including children
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance
Parking
• Parking for up to 6 vehicles in the driveway
• No street parking permitted
Pets
• Pets are welcome with prior approval for an additional $100 pet fee
• Owners must clean up after their pets
• Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds
• Any excessive pet hair, waste, or damages may result in additional cleaning or damage charges
Fireplace & Fire Pit
• The indoor fireplace is a gas fireplace
• Please do not leave the gas fireplace or outdoor fire pit unattended while in use
• Guests are responsible for bringing their own firewood for the outdoor fire pit
Firewood delivery may be available upon request for an additional fee.
• Guests are responsible for checking local fire conditions and any active burn bans before using the outdoor fire pit
• Fires must be fully extinguished after use
• Guests assume responsibility for safe use of all fire-related amenities during their stay
Game Room
• Please treat all game room equipment with care
• Guests are responsible for any damage to games, furniture, or electronics
Beach & Amenity Passes
• Guests receive amenity badges for access to the Lake Harmony Estates beaches and amenities
• Amenity badges must be brought with you when visiting the beach, as they are checked at the entrance
• Lost or unreturned amenity badges will result in a $25 replacement fee per badge
• Guests must follow all Lake Harmony Estates community and beach rules while using amenities
Trash
• All trash must be securely tied in trash bags before disposal
• Trash must be placed inside the bear bin and the bear bin must remain locked at all times
• Bears and other wildlife are common in the area and will get into unsecured trash, which may result in additional cleanup charges
• Trash pickup is on Mondays — guests staying Sunday nights are asked to place trash out Sunday evening or early Monday morning if permissible
Check-In / Check-Out
• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
Late check-outs or unauthorized late departures may result in additional charges, as our cleaning team needs adequate time to prepare the home for incoming guests.
Before You Leave
We kindly ask guests to complete the following before check-out:
• Please leave all linens on the beds — our cleaning crew will strip the beds
• Place all used towels in the laundry room
• Wash dishes, load the dishwasher, and start it before departure
• Turn off all AC units
• Turn off lights and electronics
• Lock all doors and windows before leaving
