Welcome to our expansive 6-bedroom home in the heart of Lake Harmony, minutes away from great restaurants & bars and Pocono activities fun for the whole group!

Designed for families and large groups, this home can comfortably host 16 guests. In the Fall, come see the incredible foliage of the Poconos! In the winter, enjoy a <1 minute drive to the slopes!

Entertain at home in our Game Room or Movie Loft. Relax on the private deck or cozy up by the fireplace. Cook for everyone with fully-equipped kitchen and grill. High speed internet for everyone to stay connected and WFP (Work from Poconos) when needed.

ABOUT THE SPACE:

This 6-bedroom home includes space for 16 to sleep comfortably with 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds, 2 Full Bunk Beds and 1 couch pullout Full bed.

The whole group can relax and enjoy the big living space with a cozy gas fireplace and huge dining table for 10+. The upstairs loft area is perfect for a movie or XBOX game night with surround sound, while the downstairs game room is ready for play with air hockey and shuffleboard tables. 9 smart TVs throughout the house, including a TV in every bedroom, and ultra-fast wifi allow for maximum entertainment.

Connect with nature on the private deck, which includes a gas grill. Speaking of cooking… the kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need to make a feast for the whole group, including stainless steel appliances and an electric stovetop.

At the end of a fun day, escape to the privacy of the spacious bedrooms spread out across the 3 floors. The large Master Bedroom with King bed is on the main floor and includes a workstation and a bathroom with separate tub and standing shower. Upstairs, the 2 bedrooms have a ton of natural light. Upstairs is a Queen bed, as well as a Full bunk bed. And downstairs, 3 bedrooms include 1 King bed (with large desk & monitor), 1 Queen bed, and 1 Full bunk bed. The loft couch also includes a Full pullout bed.

FOR SUMMER:

Big Boulder Lake Club: 1 mile from house, which includes sandy beach, heated pool, and kiddie pool. 10 passes provided to the lake club. Plenty of activities including tennis, volleyball, cornhole, ladder ball, basketball, bocce ball, and ping pong. Rent pontoon boats, canoes, kayaks, and peddle boats. Open Memorial Day to Labor Day.
