My Husband and I just finished this great home, we know you will love it as much as we do!
Designed with couples in mind, this cozy & tranquil retreat features two bedrooms, two full baths, infrared sauna for 2, large Hot Tub, the only Couples Outdoor Shower in Lake Harmony, and a fun Game Room including shuffleboard, 2 person arcade table, record player and an oversized Connect4.
~ No matter what the weather brings, you'll always have something fun to do!

The lofted pine ceiling creates such a warm atmosphere, along with the unique Sled hanging from it! The whole wall mountain mural will remind you that you are on Vacation, so relax and enjoy! The house flow is very open, with a connected kitchen, dining area and living room.
The kitchen provides you everything needed to prepare your meals, and has a separate coffee station offering a 12cup drip coffeemaker, bean grinder & an Expresso machine.
Living space has plenty of seating for all of your guests, with a large Smart TV and real wood burning fireplace, with the game room right off of the living room,
The first floor also has the guest bedroom and bathroom.

MAIN FLOOR:
Guest Room includes a Queen and a Full Bed, large closet,bureau. room
darkening shades, Heat & AC split and Smart TV.
Main Floor Full Bath has a Shower-Tub combo with 2 head shower,hair dryer.

SECOND FLOOR
Master BedroomSuite includes a King Bed, bureau,Large mirror, 2-person
Sauna, room darkening ,treatments. Smart TV, Heat & AC split unit, sliders to
private balcony with seating
En-suite Bathroom is floor to ceiling tile, with a double sliding door entry,
exposing the sleek 3 galss walled walk-in shower for 2, Additional clothing
storage located in the bathroom.

The front of the house has a huge wrap around deck with dining and seating, gas fire table and gas grill.
The 6 person hot tub is located right off of the deck, and the 2person outdoor shower and wood firepit is alongside the home.

We are Pet friendly! $40 per pet per stay :-) Parking 3-4 cars in the driveway.

SUMMERTIME: We will include passes to the private Estates Beach Club! With large sandy beach area, grassy shaded area and swim out platform which is everyone's favorite!
We provide the Pickleball racquets, theh neighborhood court is a short walk away
.
WINTERTIME: We are located 2 miles from Big Boulder Resort which offers Ski/Snowboarding and Tubing into the evenings. Jack Frost Resort is 5 miles and offers Ski & Snowboarding until 4pm
I have a local guide that provides all details to local dining, shopping and area fun ideas such as golfing, hiking, water parks and more!
