"The room was really nice but our view was horrible (our balcony faced another building) the shower pressure was poor and even with the aircon on the whole time the room stayed boiling hot for some reason. The hotsprings were beautiful I 100% recommend, although the water in most of the pools was way too hot 😂. The bathhouse should definitely be included with a stay at the hotel. The staff were lovely, the coffee at the restaurant was good but pricey. There is free parking right out the...

"It was lovely accommodation. Very clean and comfortable and in an excellent location. There were only a few small reasons I didn't give a 5 star rating. We were staying for 3 nights; it would have been nice to have a bath mat...or even an extra towel. And considering we were required to take out the rubbish (which is totally fine), an extra bin bag or 2 would have been appreciated together with a dish cloth to clean the kitchen with. Other than that, it was a great place to stay."

"We had a nice overnight stay in this hotel after a day-long car trip through the Great Ocean road. The check-in was fast and we were well-received. Our room was spacious, the bedrooms well cleaned, and the hotel very quite. One weakness is not having the shower separated from the bathtub. Overall, a good value for money when you go with families."

"The stairs are very steep inside the apartments, and the handrail only goes part way up. As an elderly couple wirh hip replacements we found the stairs had to negotiate."

"This was our first time staying in a holiday park with our little one and it didn't disappoint! Great facilities - the indoor pool was brilliant, being winter and with a child who loves to swim! Really loved it! Only point of improvement would be to give the shower and the plugs in the sinks a good scrub and mould spray. Otherwise everything was great!"
