"Great house with great bonus room! Beds were really comfy and it was a great home base for our fishing tournament on cass lake. Boat trailer parking was a little different but we made it work. Neighborhood was just ok. Locked all doors and took anything of value out of the boats at night and locked compartments. Overall ot was perfect for us and would stay again!"

"This was a nice property but is smaller than you may think.It is a room in an old roadside motel. And has paper thin walls.Small bathroom with not much counter space, frig doors need to open away from wall because space is tight, this makes opening the refrigerator a bit tough as there is not enough room to get your fingers on the side handle.Bed was comfortable. Couch was real small and quite hard, uncomfortable if you sat too long. Overall it was fine for a two night stay. "

"This is the perfect place to rent in Park Rapids. The host goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. The location is on a river with beautiful views and is also a very easy walk to downtown which has many shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this place and hope to stay again… thank you!"

"This home was gorgeous! Great open concept and plenty of beds for our group of 10. Lovely lake view & lake access. The wet room on the main floor was gorgeous & they have thought of everything you might need in the kitchen. We were in the area celebrating our daughter’s wedding and this place was a perfect home base for us!"

Loved sitting out on the porch in the mornings and evenings enjoying the view of the trees and listening to the birds. We did have a problem with quite a few flies in the house, but the host was responsive and brought us a fly swatter. But overall, we loved the place. "This home was everything my four sisters and I could have hoped for - and then some! It was clean, inviting, and beautiful! The kitchen was very well-equipped, and we didn't even have to buy coffee filters! What was especially impressive is that the host contacted me in advance to see if we planned to use the pull-out bed in the lower level and the bed on the four-season porch so that she could have them all made up for us (which she did!). "This home is incredible. Plenty of room for everyone, well cared for, and absolutely gorgeous. They supplied pretty much everything you would need which is rare for rental homes. You really only need groceries. Our only regret was not staying longer. We will be booking this property again!"
