If you are looking for a private escape to enjoy all the outdoor recreation that the beautiful Adirondack Mountains and Lakes have to offer, but want the convenience of being in the heart of the historic Lake George Village, you have found your match with this large, comfortable, immaculate town house.

What a location! Walk to 3 beaches, marinas, multiple restaurants and Lake George Village. This ultra-modern tri-level, centrally air-conditioned rental town house offers everything you could ever want for your home away from home. Why stay in a hotel when you can have the all the flexibility of a private house? This rental can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people at once and never seem crowded. Open floor plan, gas fireplace, custom kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless appliances, deck with patio table and gas grill ... Plenty of room for two families!

This beautiful 2,400 sq. ft town house offers wonderful views of the mountains as well as a filtered view of the lake. Conveniently located so that you can walk to restaurants, beaches and to the center of Lake George Village so there is no need to worry about parking or traffic.

Fully stocked gourmet kitchen and gas grill on deck provide a choice of dining in or experiencing one of the many diverse local restaurants.

Wireless internet and flat-screen TVs equipped with a DVD player, with a DVD library and YouTube TV (including NFL Sunday Ticket) provided. Our Visio "Smart-TVs" allow for easy access to your favorite movie and streaming apps.

Children are always welcome.
Please bring your own kitchen and bath towels and bed linens.

As part of our cross-contamination process in a post-COVID world, the housekeeping team will comprehensively clean our home between guests, complying with all guidelines from the CDC, WHO and local government. 2nd year and just as good

This is our second year int he house and it was great. The house is clean and well stocked. Both the owner and property manager are a pleasure to work with and the location is very convenient to get to the beach. We look forward to next year.

Charming Getaway with Ideal Location

Our family stay at Lake George was truly unforgettable! The location was fantastic, offering easy access to all the attractions and activities in the area. We loved how close we were to everything, making it convenient for day trips and exploring. The accommodation was spacious enough to comfortably fit our large family, allowing everyone to relax and enjoy their own space. We were delighted to find a great selection of DVDs and games available, which kept everyone entertained during our downtime. Overall, it was a perfect getaway for our family!

With the exception of two aspects of this stay, our experience was favorable. These, though, were annoying.The first was that no sheets or towels were provided, It was necessary that we had to bring our own. We were aware of this going in, but it still detracted from our experience. The second is related: The three King beds are a real pain to make. They are low to the ground and have mattresses (foam) that are unwieldy to handle, especially because they are surrounded by a bed frame that makes it difficult to tuck in the sheets. I can see why the owners don't want to deal with it,

Family Vacation

The house was nice. It was a hassle to have to take your own sheets and towels. There was no heat on the lower floor (basement bedroom and bathroom) which is located next to the garage. They provided a stand up heater that didn't really help in the very cold weather. The bathroom was full size but it was very cold!! They advertised a outside grill but there was a foot of snow on the deck, so unable to use it. The sidewalks were very icy and slippery. I recommend they provide "ice melt" for renters to use. I wouldn't recommend renting this house in the winter months if you need to use all bedrooms. The location was good.

Wedding Condo

We stayed here for our wedding which took place at the Fort William Henry. It was great. The only downside was having to bring our own sheets and towels. It took up extra space, which was at a premium, since I had the bring everything up for the wedding too. Over condos in the Outlook include these. The space was great and Cody (property manager), was very helpful. He even contacted us about something left behind (we searched prior to lead, but couldn’t find it.

Great family spot close to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect for our family with young kids. The house was clean and had a well stocked kitchen to make eating in very easy. The pillows were a bit flat so would bring our own next time, but that's not a huge deal. The property manager, Cody, was wonderful to work with and responded quickly when we reached out. I would absolutely recommend and would be happy to stay here again! Thank you!

Great Location!

This is a wonderful property for multiple families or if you have a big family! The property manager Cody was very friendly and helpful. Multiple living spaces and bedrooms plus a bathroom on each floor made this a wonderful rental. We would stay again if we come back to Lake George.

Very large and tastefully furnished condo in excellent condition. Short drive or 15 minute walk to the center of Lake George village. Our grandkids, aged 6 through 9, loved it. Would stay again without hesitation!

Wedding fun

The townhouse worked great for our family group. Enough bathrooms to get everyone ready for family events. It would be difficult to travel by air to this unit because of having to bring your own towels linens and soaps. But that was spelled out in the listing.

Spotless unit in a great location!

We truly enjoyed our stay here! We had a group of 6 adults and 3 kids and it was perfect. It was close to everything you would need; Resturant’s, outlets, the lake, mini golf, bowling, etc. Cody was so kind and so helpful. He truly cares about the guests and makes sure you know he is available for any questions you have or anything you need. The unit was spotless. It is 3 levels, giving plenty of space. While you do need to bring your own sheets and towels, they provide plenty of comforters! The only thing that could have made our stay better (which was purely just something that would have worked better for our group) was the bedroom with the twins/trundle was on the lowest floor. The rest of the bedrooms were up on the 3rd level. We had intended to put our kids in that room, but with their age they needed to be near us also, so having that twin room upstairs, and one of the larger beds downstairs would have been easier but again nothing that ruined our stay! I would highly recommend this unit for any group traveling to Lake George and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect stay for Lake George get away

This property is very clean, spacious and conveniently located. Communication with the property manager, Cody, was excellent!!!! He was a quick text away to an answer to any question. He met us on our first day to go over everything about the property. Cody was so easy to talk to and very nice and friendly. He made our stay very stress free!!!! The place itself was great for our family adult children, spouses and kids. Everyone had their space and privacy. I would stay here again for sure!!
