"It was excellent! They had a complimentary happy hour with snacks, which was great for both kids and adults. The location was perfect, and having a 24-hour CVS right across the street was super convenient. The breakfast was very good, but the chef really stood out with the amazing omelets. The apple donuts were the cherry on top! Room service was perfect as well, and they even brought us extra sweets for our kids, which was such a thoughtful touch."

"The staff was friendly. They had the wrong room for us when we went to check-in, so we had to wait another 30+ minutes to check-in. That was frustrating, but we were offered a beverage and snack for each of us. Once you get past the lobby, the space is dated, but everything was clean. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms are small, but overall the space was nice. It’s walkable to downtown and the restaurants, which was great. "

"The family suite needs some serious updating. The door was rotted and never closed properly. The carpeting in the room was heavily stained and smelled musty. The room has no private area outside nor did it have any type of ventilation. For what I paid a night for that room, I expected far better. I did share pictures and concerns with the staff who comped me one night stay. The waiters for the breakfast barely spoke English, the lunch and dinner were good, the bartenders were great.
