"Our family stayed for two nights. The bed was comfortable and staff was friendly. Couple of complaints: door was loud when closing, key card barely worked and water drain was slow. The staff was noted but nothing changed."

"We liked the location for walking to the areas of interest. Pool was ok but not close to our room. Breakfast is not offered, only granola bars and coffee, tea, oj... better than nothing. The building is in need of a professional facelift... not a bandaid. Parking is to the minimum and very tight spacing. AC in our room filter needed service and the thermostat was very touchy and in need of replacement. The bath rm sink had a stopper missing, bedside light didn't work, shower exhaust fan Wan...

"This was our second time here, and after this year we won’t be back. If you’re looking to relax, this is not the place. Folks not staying at the hotel come to use its amenities, which sucks for those who paid for them. The pool was constantly full of unsupervised children, violating all of the rules (running, diving, quiet hours, etc.). "This is a quaint little motel right in the downtown area of Lake George. Nice pool, patio and fire pit. Not a splurge at all but definitely a very enjoyable 1 or 2 night stay."

"The indoor pool and hot tub were very nice to have on rainy days, but they were unclean and moldy, the lobby smelt like old cigarette smoke, and it was obvious pets were allowed in the hotel. My reservation was lost but that was due to a wifi outage and no one’s fault, they worked hard to accommodate that."

"Kudos to Forrest at the front desk for helping an elderly woman that could not get up without help. He made sure she was safe when she left the hotel and he went above n beyond to accommodate her. He also helps with cleaning!! Great guy."
