"This place is an amazing find. Host is welcoming and you can tell how much pride he takes in his property. It is a quite spot close to, but away from the crowds at the University. We saw a momma deer and her two fawns, and found the tree frogs on the windows at night amusing. Definitely plan on staying again when Iwe are Gainesville. "

"The house and property were in excellent shape. The pool was a definite PLUS, clean with nice sitting area poolside. The only negative was there could have been more dishes and a larger coffee pot for a place rated for 9 people. Otherwise, it was excellent!"

"Great location on the lake! Lots of outdoor space for yard games and the pup. Nice canal with a large boat dock and a small dock that was perfect for some quiet fishing time. The house was very clean and well kept. Sleeping arrangements were perfect for 2 adults and 6 teenage boys. Not a lot of cookware or serving dishes, but boys don’t care anyway. We all enjoyed our stay. "

"We had the best time at our stay here. The house is small, but they have utilized the space so well! There’s room for everyone. We had our four kids (ages 8, 3, 2, and 7 months) and they had a BLAST. Home is kid friendly and well stocked. The owners were so kind and helpful! Had a small mishap with the washer, and they were eager to help and get it fixed. Everyone was sad to leave and we’re already looking forward to coming back! "

"We stayed to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from UF Vet school. The house was beautiful and spacious. We had 4 adults and 1 teenager with plenty of room. We enjoyed mornings and evenings sitting on the dock and porch. We spent many hours fishing off the dock and landed a few small fish. The weather was also perfect the entire stay. I appreciated the canoe and kayak options however my family was scared an alligator was going to eat them LOL, no gators were seen. The only negative I...
