AREA

Lake Como is just minutes away for peaceful scenery and lakeside walks. Downtown Lake Geneva's boutique shops, waterfront restaurants, boat tours and festivals, and the Lake Geneva Public Beach, are about 10 to 12 minutes by car. Hawk's View Golf Club and local bars and restaurants are about 10 minutes, and Lake Geneva Ziplines and Adventures is nearby. Summer brings boat rentals, lake cruises and paddleboarding; fall and winter bring foliage, winter festivals, ice fishing and nearby skiing.



GOOD TO KNOW

• Dogs are welcome with prior approval. A pet fee applies. Please confirm the number and size of your dogs before booking.

• Exterior security cameras cover the driveway and entry. There are no indoor cameras.

• A noise decibel monitor is in use; no audio is recorded. Please be mindful of noise in the evenings.

• No smoking inside the property.

• Suitable for children and infants; please supervise little ones, especially outdoors.

• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.

• Before you check out, please load and run the dishwasher and tidy the kitchen.

• After you book, we'll email you an electronic rental agreement to sign. Signing it is required to finalize your booking and receive check-in instructions.

• You'll also get a link to our Guest Portal, which must be completed before check-in, and you'll choose either a damage waiver or a refundable security deposit authorization.
