One of three units in this building, the nautically-themed Delavan Suite is located just blocks from the lake and less than a mile from the downtown district. Half a mile to the famous Riviera (easy walk with sidewalk)A hop, skip and jump from the famous Geneva Lake shore path. Take the sidewalk to the Lake .4 miles away! Walk to nearby restaurant Lake City Social or have a craft cocktail at the speakeasy bar at Maxwell Mansion. Very close to the Cove hotel, Bella Vista, and Clearwater Outdoor paddleboard and kayak rentals. Boat rentals less than a mile away!

The Delavan Suite features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and three day beds (each with a pull out trundle) to accommodate a total of 10 guests. A small but fully equipped kitchen gives guests the option to eat in if they so choose.
